Shell V-Power Racing Team, Team Mates, Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions listed below are valid for those that sign up to The 2024 Shell V-Power Team Mates Program

The 2024 Team Mates Program will run from 1^st November 2023 and conclude 31st December 2024.

Each Team Mate Membership purchased will be valid for that period of time, any extension will be granted at the sole discretion of The Shell V-Power Racing Team/Dick Johnson Racing.

Each Person that signs up to selected Shell V-Power Racing Team, Team Mates Packages will receive via email, a code that entitles them to an ongoing discount and a voucher for use on the Shell V-Power Racing Team Official Merchandise Store, shop.djr.com.au and in store at 10 Emeri Street, Stapylton 4207.

The Discount and Voucher Entitlements for each membership are,

• Junior Team Mate N/A
• Bronze Team Mate; Discount 10%, Voucher Value $35.00
• Silver Team Mate; Discount 15%, Voucher Value $75.00
• Gold Team Mate; Discount 20%, Voucher Value $150.00
• Platinum Team Mate; Discount 20%, Voucher Value $300.00

These prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

Vouchers will be issued via email with 7 working days of us receiving payment of membership. Any Team Mate packages purchased during our Christmas closure period between 13^th December 2023 and 8^th January 2024 will have vouchers and codes issued by Monday 15^th January 2024.

Vouchers and discounts codes will be valid until 31^st of December 2024 and cannot be used to purchase a 2024 or 2025 Team Mates Package.

Member Packs will be distributed by TPF Sports commencing February 2024

The following conditions apply for Pit Tour Inclusions as part of the Gold and Platinum Team Mate Packages,

• Gold Team Mates are entitled to one (1) Pit Garage Tour at an event of your choice.
• Platinum Team Mates are entitled to two (2) Pit Garage Tours at events of your choice.
• Any ticketing, travel and accommodation costs to the event of your choice are at the expense of the paid Team Mate. Shell V-Power Racing team are not liable for any costs incurred.
• Pit Tours are valid for the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship season and cannot be rolled over into 2025.
• Team Mates will be emailed at least two weeks prior to each event to find out if you are wanting to use your entitlement. Tour dates and times will be confirmed in the week leading into the event.

The following conditions apply for Hot Lap Inclusions as part of the Platinum Team Mate Package

• Platinum Team Mates are entitled to one (1) Hot Lap experience at a DJR hosted ride day.
• Days and locations will be determined in early 2024.
• Any ticketing, travel and accommodation costs to the event of your choice are at the expense of the Team Mate. Shell V-Power Racing team are not liable for any costs incurred.
• Hot Laps are valid for the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship season and cannot be rolled over into 2025.
• For safety reasons, height and weight restrictions apply to our race/ride cars. Guests exceeding 182cm/90kg/size: L may be unable to ride if they cannot be properly seated and strapped in the car. Shell V-Power Racing Team management will make the final decision should any issues arise.

Gold and Platinum Team Mates will have their names added to the Team Transporter prior to the commencement of the first 2024 Repco Super Cars Championship Round. Team Mates that sign up after this date will have their names added at dates to be advised by the Shell V-Power Racing Team.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the garage under Supercars' rules. Enclosed shoes are required in the garage. Medical conditions may prevent successful entry to pit tours.

Cancellation due to Supercars Policy change or DJR change in conditions will activate DJR to replace pit tour / hot lap to the best of our ability. Team Mates that schedule a pit tour and do not attend and have not advised DJR, will forfeit the Pit Tour. At DJR’s discretion we can look to reschedule to a later date.

If a scheduled ride day is cancelled, we will discuss an alternative date with the attendee. Reimbursement of travel/accommodation costs sits at the expense of the attendee and is not the responsibility of DJR.

DJR reserves the right to change or modify packages and entitlements at any time and will provide changes in writing to those who are affected by the changes.
